Job Description
Patriot Pawn is growing and looking for a Customer Service oriented individual to join our team! No prior experience or knowledge of the industry is required. We are exceptionally dedicated to customer service and require the same of any team members. Our customer service representative will be responsible for selling products and services in a retail setting.
We will work with employees to determine the schedule that best fits you. We require a minimum of 25 hours and offer up to 40 hours per week.
  • Welcome customers
  • Explain products and services to customers
  • Manage inventory
  • Enter and process customer purchases, loans, and sales
  • Evaluate customer’s items for loan/purchase value
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Some knowledge of jewelry, electronics, musical equipment, and tools is preferred, but not required
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds
